This study investigates the axial compression behavior of seawater sea-sand concrete (SWSSC) columns reinforced with Steel-FRP composite bars (SFCBs) and closed-type winding GFRP ties (CWFTs). The findings indicate that using SFCBs does not significantly affect the axial performance, while CWFTs enhance ductility and maintain high bearing capacity. A modified formula for predicting axial capacity is proposed, demonstrating its effectiveness for SWSSC columns reinforced with these materials.
