This document summarizes a study of the Pensamiento Granitoid Complex located in eastern Bolivia. Geochemical and Nd-Sr isotope analyses were performed on samples from six plutons within the complex. The results indicate the plutons formed in a Mesoproterozoic magmatic arc setting during the evolution of the Rondonian-San Ignacio Province between 1.55-1.30 billion years ago. U-Pb zircon dating yielded ages of 1347-1373 million years for two early plutons and 1340 million years for a later pluton. Integrated
