A teacher from Tolosa National High School in Leyte, Philippines wrote a letter to the Schools Division Superintendent requesting approval of a year-end bonus claim for fiscal year 2016. The teacher was transferred in June 2016 from a junior high school to a senior high school position with a higher designation. Attached to the letter were the required bonus form, certificate of appointment, and other documents for reference. The teacher looks forward to an affirmative response on the matter.
