What is Legend of the Huanta Bull Flood about?

The story originates from Huanta in the Ayacucho Region, centered around a lagoon called Razuhuillca, where a violent black bull caused destruction. Villagers devised a plan involving the sacrifice of an old woman to contain the bull in a cage, bringing temporary peace. However, the bull eventually broke free, leading to another flood, prompting residents to re-chain it and keep a vigilant watch to prevent future escapes.
