What is Interaction Specification Language for Software about?
This paper proposes a dedicated Interaction Specification Language (ISL) to define software component interactions independently of programming languages or component models. ISL allows interactions to be defined as first-class entities and enables dynamic adaptation by defining/removing interactions at runtime. The paper describes Noah, an implementation of an Interaction Service that manages the lifecycle of interactions using ISL and provides a dynamic aspect repository with associative composition.
