1) The study analyzed serum levels of HE4, CA125, CA19-9, and CEA in 458 patients with ovarian tumors to evaluate the diagnostic value of using multiple tumor markers. 2) Results showed serum levels of all four tumor markers were significantly higher in patients with malignant ovarian tumors compared to benign tumors or healthy controls. 3) Using HE4 and CA125 in combination achieved the highest sensitivity (80.1%) and specificity (69.08%) for diagnosing ovarian cancer, outperforming individual markers.
