The study investigates the mediational roles of job satisfaction and job performance in the relationship between emotional intelligence (EI) and job commitment among 200 bank employees in Lahore. Results indicate that both job satisfaction and job performance fully mediate the relationship between EI and job commitment. The findings highlight the importance of EI in enhancing job satisfaction and performance, ultimately leading to greater job commitment.
