This study investigates the management of labyrinthine fistula (LF) using the surdille flap technique in patients with squamosal chronic otitis media. Out of 234 patients, 22 had LF, with a 9.40% incidence, and the surgical approach led to improved audio-vestibular outcomes without postoperative deafness. The results indicate that the surdille flap effectively seals the fistula, reducing the risk of postoperative vertigo and improving hearing in a significant number of patients.
