This study investigates the load-carrying behavior of connected foundations for transmission tower structures under varying load directions. Field tests showed that connected foundations improved performance, particularly at a load direction of 45 degrees, and highlighted the importance of connection-beam stiffness. A unified design methodology is proposed for analyzing the stability of transmission tower structures subjected to different load directions.
