About this document
Comparative Ionization Methods for Estrogens by AcHel Latuihamallo is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study compared the sensitivities and matrix effects of four ionization modes and four reversed-phase liquid chromatographic systems for analyzing estrogenic chemicals and their derivatives in water samples. Dansylated compounds analyzed with electrospray ionization at ultra-performance liquid chromatography conditions produced the most intense signals and less matrix effects. Limits of detection for dansylated estrogens were as low as 0.05-0.20 pg. Measured concentrations in real water samples were com
