What is Year 3 Catechism Lesson Plan: Community about?

This lesson plan aims to teach students about Christian salvation through belonging to the church community. Students will watch a video about Jesus teaching love and kindness. They will discuss how to show forgiveness and help others. The teacher will explain that helping and forgiving others is acting like Jesus. Students will consider what their school would be like if everyone or no one helped and forgave each other. In groups, students will roleplay scenarios to demonstrate these concepts.
