About this document
Pressure Drop Calculations for Pipes by Martin Martin Martin is a document available to read on EtoBox.
A consulting engineering firm calculated the pressure drop for a 6-inch schedule 10 pipe with a flow rate of 15 GPM of fluid with a viscosity of 1 cps and density of 8.45 lbs/gal. The pressure drop per 100 feet of pipe was calculated to be 0 psi using two different equations from Churchill and Chen.
