What is Scramble Rules for Football Offense about?

The scramble rules document outlines philosophies and guidelines for receivers when the quarterback scrambles. It states that receivers should try to get a positive gain by completing a pass or blocking for the QB, while also avoiding negative plays like sacks or turnovers. Receivers should maintain proper spacing and move in the same direction as the QB, with frontside receivers breaking outside and the first backside receiver taking the open middle if available.
