This case report describes the successful treatment of Listeria monocytogenes bacteremia in a 72-year-old immunocompromised woman using oral levofloxacin. The patient presented with fever and diarrhea, and after initiating treatment, her symptoms improved significantly within 15 days, leading to the cessation of therapy.
