Pilots will be trained to conduct Category 3B approaches and landings. On completion of ground school and simulator training, first officers will be fully qualified for all-weather operations at Category 3B minimums. Captains must complete one autoland with an experienced pilot to be fully qualified. Extensive planning, crew qualifications, aircraft checks, and procedures are required when conducting low visibility takeoffs and landings.
