The three friends were lost in thick fog in the woods without food, water or shelter. One friend fainted from exhaustion. After waking, they sat in fear as a wolf howled in the distance. Continuing through the dark forest with shadowy shapes, they came upon an odd house. An aggressive wolf confronted them but left. They knocked on the house door and an old man generously let them inside, where they were able to call for help to return home.
