About this document

Ductile Damage in Boron Steel Hot Stamping by shubhadipmondal2000 is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This document presents a study on the numerical modeling and experimental verification of ductile damage in the hot stamping process of boron steel. A modified Lemaitre damage model was developed to account for temperature and strain rate dependencies, and was validated through tensile tests and Nakajima-type experiments. The findings demonstrate that the proposed model effectively predicts ductile fracture onset in high strength steel sheets used in automotive applications.
