This study reviews the impact of a 100-day accelerated campaign launched by the Uganda Ministry of Health to increase tuberculosis preventive therapy (TPT) uptake among people living with HIV (PLHIV). Following the campaign, TPT uptake significantly increased from 22.1% to 61.2%, and completion rates also improved, suggesting the campaign was effective in enhancing TPT access and adherence.
