This case report describes the multidisciplinary clinical management of a 3-year-old boy diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome. The physical exam revealed characteristics of PWS including small stature, particular facies, central hypotonia, and bilateral cryptorchidism. Treatment included growth hormone, dietary management, medical and physical therapy. Clinical evaluation and hormonal/metabolic parameters were normal except for mild sleep apnea.
