What is WRITE UP Joy about?

This study analyzes 80 ditch cutting samples from the X-1 Well in the Niger Delta to identify lithofacies, mineralogy, and petroleum play elements. Three lithofacies were identified: Sandstone, Sandy Shale, and Shale, with four minerals recorded: Mica, Iron Oxide, Feldspar, and Quartz, all within the Agbada Formation. The research aims to enhance subsurface characterization for improved exploration success in the region.
