What is Fred Noonan and Chamber Music Play about?

A woman dressed as Amelia Earhart claims that she is actually Amelia Earhart and wants to leave the facility she is being held in. She details crashing her plane on July 2, 1937 and that the remains of her plane are still on the lawn, though it has been converted into a playground. She insists that her navigator Fred Noonan, who is also being held there, can verify her story. She pleads with the listeners to stop laughing and believe that she is telling the truth.
