This study investigates the use of p53 immunohistochemistry (IHC) to improve diagnostic agreement for differentiated vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia (dVIN) among pathologists. Results show that combining p53-IHC with histological assessment significantly increases diagnostic agreement, with a Kappa value improvement from 0.4 to 0.6. The findings support the routine use of p53-IHC in cases where dVIN is considered in the differential diagnosis.
