What is Bataclan v. Medina: Bus Overturning Case about?

A bus tire burst while traveling at high speed, causing the bus to zigzag and overturn into a canal. Four passengers were trapped inside the overturned bus as gasoline leaked and spread around it. When people approached with lit torches to help, a fire ignited and burned the trapped passengers. The court ruled the cause of death was the bus overturning, not the subsequent fire, as the gasoline leak was expected and the torch-bearers were rightly responding to calls for help without knowledge of the gasoline
