We filed a complaint today on behalf of D.F., an 11 year old boy who, along with his mother, was harassed out of the Success Academy Network. D.F. was diagnosed with ODD and does need some additional attention, attention that Success Academy is required to give him. Instead, they drove him out of the school, once removing him from the school and just dumping him at the 79th Police Precinct. A 10 year old boy who had done nothing wrong.
