What is Calcium Gluconate for Newborns: Guidelines about?
Calcium gluconate is used to treat hypocalcemia, hyperkalemia, magnesium toxicity, and calcium channel blocker overdose in newborns. It contains 0.22 mmol/mL of elemental calcium.
