What is Zematra Total Sediment Tester Overview about?

The Zematra 2 position Sediment Tester determines insoluble material content in distillate and residual fuel oils using two filtration cells under vacuum. It measures sediment levels up to 0.5% by mass and can test oil samples with viscosities up to 55 mm2/s at 100°C. Each 10 gram sample is filtered through a sintered brass disc and microfiber filter to isolate insoluble sediment.
