What is Polypro Detergent for Mould Washing about?

Polypro is an alkaline silicated detergent for use in cleaning-in-place (CIP) and spray washing applications in the dairy and food industries. It is low foaming, soft metal safe, and hard water tolerant. Polypro provides excellent removal of fats and oils and has been tested for use on polycarbonate moulds. It is used at concentrations of 1.0-1.5% at 60-65°C, depending on soil levels and application.
