1) The Hajj observance begins on the 7th day of Dhu al-Hijja when pilgrims arrive in Mecca and purify themselves. 2) On the 8th day, pilgrims perform Tawaf e Qadoom and travel to Mina to spend the night in prayer. 3) On the 9th day, pilgrims travel from Mina to Arafat for Waquf e Arafat, considered the primary ritual of Hajj, before returning to Muzdalifa and then Mina.
