This study examines how scarcity of resources, favoritism, and lack of organizational support influence perceptions of organizational politics among frontline supervisors in Cypriot hotels, and how those politics perceptions then influence turnover intentions. The researchers surveyed 140 frontline supervisors across different hotel departments.
