About this document
Evapotranspiration in Haricot Beans by halan.dhi is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study investigates the evapotranspiration and crop coefficient for haricot bean in a semiarid climate in Melkassa, Ethiopia, using nonweighing lysimeters over the 2017 and 2018 cropping seasons. The findings indicate that the seasonal crop evapotranspiration averaged 451.6 mm, with specific crop coefficient values crucial for optimizing irrigation scheduling. These insights aim to enhance water-use efficiency and support sustainable haricot bean production in the region.
