This study evaluates the flexural behavior and economic and environmental impacts of glass fiber-reinforced concrete with concrete waste aggregates for pavement applications. Results indicate that incorporating 0.25% glass fiber with varying levels of concrete waste aggregates can significantly reduce both the cost and carbon footprint of concrete pavements compared to conventional concrete.
