This study investigates the role of life satisfaction as a moderating variable in the relationship between stress and emotional eating among fasting Muslims during Ramadan. Using a survey of 431 adult Muslims in Indonesia, the findings indicate that higher life satisfaction can mitigate the impact of stress on emotional eating behaviors. The research highlights the importance of life satisfaction as a protective factor against stress-related eating patterns in a religious context.
