This case report describes the surgical treatment of a 19-year-old female patient with an ameloblastic fibroma in the mandible. Clinical examination revealed a swelling in the lower left jaw. Radiographs showed a well-defined, unilocular radiolucent lesion between teeth #34-36. The lesion was surgically removed via enucleation and extraction of involved teeth #34-35-36.
