Custom Hiring Centres (CHCs) are community-owned equipment centres established to provide farm machinery, implements, tools and services to small and marginal farmers, women, and agricultural laborers. The CHC in Kubeer Mandal, Nirmal District was established to benefit 1170 farmers across 10 villages. It was inaugurated on September 26, 2020 by the Minister of Law & Endowment & Forest and was sanctioned Rs. 29 lakhs to operate in an area of 5000 acres.
