What is Sgarbossa Criteria for Myocardial Infarction about?
The Sgarbossa criteria provide a method to diagnose myocardial infarction in patients with left bundle branch block (LBBB) or ventricular pacing, as the ECG is difficult to interpret in these cases due to baseline ST shifts. The original criteria had low sensitivity.
