Can I read The complete mitochondrial genome of Rhinolophus affinis himalayanus on EtoBox?

The complete mitochondrial genome of Rhinolophus affinis himalayanus by Ding, Yuting (author);Chen, Wenli (author);Mao, Xiuguang (author) is a Biochemistry, Genetics and Molecular Biology article available to read on EtoBox.

What is The complete mitochondrial genome of Rhinolophus affinis himalayanus about?

## Abstract Here we generated the complete mitochondrial genome of one subspecies of __R. affinis__ (__R. affinis himalayanus__) using next generation sequencing and Sanger sequencing. The length of the complete mitochondrial genome was 16,886 bp, containing 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNAs, 2 rRNAs, and a non-coding control region. A maximum-likelihood tree based on the 13 concatenated mitochondrial protein-coding genes of 16 __Rhinolophus__ taxon and one outgroup __Hipposideros armiger__ indicates that __R. affinis__ shows a closer relationship with __R. sinicus__ complex than with other taxa.
