What is DIY Sudarshan Chakra Spinner Guide about?

The document provides instructions for making a simple toy called Sudarshan Chakra using two broomstick sticks tied together and a rubber cap or eraser. When placed on the index finger and spun quickly, the sticks rotate around the finger in a balanced way like the divine weapon Sudarshan Chakra without falling off. Spinning the toy helps children experience the centrifugal and centripetal forces that allow it to remain balanced while rotating.
