This case report discusses two instances of transformation from T-cell acute lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-ALL) to nonhepatosplenic/noncutaneous peripheral T-cell lymphoma (NHNCcδ PTCL). Both cases exhibited a shift in morphology and loss of immature markers, indicating a rare but significant progression to a more aggressive form of T-cell malignancy. The findings suggest important diagnostic and biological implications for understanding T-cell lineage-derived hematologic diseases.
