This document summarizes the results of a survey of over 1,500 members of the Survivor Corps Facebook group who identify as "long haulers" suffering from long-term COVID-19 symptoms. The survey found that long haulers reported experiencing many more symptoms than are currently listed by the CDC, including brain, whole body, eye and skin issues in addition to lung and vascular problems. Over a quarter of symptoms reported caused painful symptoms. The results suggest more research is needed on long-term COVID
