Can I read Facile preparation of Si@Schiff-base composite as the anode material of lithium-ion batteries on EtoBox?

Facile preparation of Si@Schiff-base composite as the anode material of lithium-ion batteries by Wenjun Xiong; Jialin Lei; Hao Tang; Zhen Xing; Hengrong Su; Long Tan is a Materials Science article available to read on EtoBox.

What is Facile preparation of Si@Schiff-base composite as the anode material of lithium-ion batteries about?

Schiff-base polymer-coated silicon (Si@SP) composites are prepared by a simple method at room temperature. The formed SP buffer layer on the Si surface effectively stabilize the electrode by suppressing the volume expansion of the silicon during the lithiation/delithiation process. As a result, the Si@SP composite shows an initial charge capacity of 2350 mAh g−1 tested at the current density of 84 mA g−1, and a reversible capacity of 1289 mAh g−1 can be achieved after 300 cycles at 420 mA g−1. Altogether, our work provides a low-cost and facile way for the practical application of Si material.

Who reads Facile preparation of Si@Schiff-base composite as the anode material of lithium-ion batteries?
