This document provides design and operating conditions for a total new inlet separator. Under design conditions, the separator is designed to separate oil, water, and gas flows of 84,000 BOPD, 420 BWPD, and 0.42 MMSCFD respectively. It can separate oil droplets up to 364 microns in size. Under operating conditions of 70,000 BOPD, 350 BWPD, and 0.35 MMSCFD, the separator can separate droplets up to 330 microns in size.
