The Board of Directors meeting of Mills Estruturas e Serviços de Engenharia S.A. was held on June 21st, 2012 to approve the cancellation of 4,000 treasury shares and distribute interest on equity of R$21,780,000 to shareholders, corresponding to R$0.172653458 per share, to be paid by June 14th, 2013 and count towards the 2012 mandatory dividends. The meeting was attended by all Board members and chaired by Mr. Andres Cristian Nacht with Frederico Átila Silva Neves as secretary.
