What is The Hatching-A Short Story about?

Wenlyn can't wait to see the Harpy's Servant arrive in his tiny village astride his great dragon. It will be a once-in-a-lifetime sight! When the Servant and his dragon arrive, however, events transpire that will change Wenlyn's life forever...if the Servant's dragon doesn't roast him first! The story of a boy and a dragon. This short story is a prequel to Dragon Magic, an epic fantasy series, the first volume of which I intend to release sometime in 2018. ** From the Author I am currently writing the first volume of Dragon Magic, starring Wenlyn and many of his friends, both human and, shall we say, somewhat more carnivorous. I expect to have it out by early 2014. About the Author Liesel K. Hill is an award-winning novelist who writes across three genres, including fantasy, historical fiction, and crime drama. Check out the first novel in her dystopian series, Interchron, HERE. Fantasy
