What is Arduino-Based Persistence of Vision Display about?

This document describes a project to create a Persistence of Vision (POV) display using LED arrays mounted on a rotating platform. The project is being undertaken by 3 students and a faculty mentor. The rotating platform will have LED arrays attached that will light up in synchronization with the rotation speed to display letters and text that appear stable to the human eye.
