This study investigates the impact of androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) on lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) in 104 prostate cancer patients. Results show significant improvements in prostate volume, urinary flow rate, and symptom scores after 12 and 24 weeks of ADT, particularly in patients with moderate-to-severe LUTS. The findings highlight the importance of ADT in enhancing quality of life for prostate cancer patients experiencing LUTS.
