Basildon & South Essex Disability Equality Forum are hosting a "Time to Talk" Day event on February 6th, 2014 at Basildon Library from 9am to 5pm and Basildon Centre from 5pm to 9pm to encourage conversations about mental health as part of a national campaign. Attendees can chat over free tea or coffee, sign a pledge wall, and receive a Conversation Badge and Time to Change tea bag while helping achieve the goal of a million mental health conversations on that day.
