This dissertation by Ana Uka examines youth civic engagement in Albania. Using survey data from Albanian adolescents, the study analyzes differences in civic engagement based on age, gender, location, attitudes toward the political system, and optimism levels. The results show younger adolescents aged 12-14 are more civically engaged than older youth aged 15-19.
