This study investigates the in vitro anthelmintic activities of Parkia biglobosa extracts against Haemonchus contortus larvae and adults. Four extracts were tested, with results showing significant mortality rates, particularly with the crude methanol stem bark extract. The findings suggest that these plant extracts could serve as alternative treatments for gastrointestinal nematode infections in livestock, especially in the context of rising drug resistance.
