This study investigates the effectiveness of physiotherapy interventions on brain plasticity, balance, and functional ability in acute stroke survivors through a randomized controlled trial involving 64 patients. Results indicate that both conventional physiotherapy and a neurorestoration protocol improved outcomes, with significant enhancements in balance and functional performance observed in the intervention group. The findings suggest that the neurorestoration protocol is effective in promoting recovery
