About this document

Coffee Consumption and Periodontitis Link by chahu743 is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This study investigates the association between coffee consumption and periodontitis in a northern German population of 6,209 participants. Results indicate that strong coffee consumption (≥ 7 cups/day) is significantly associated with periodontitis, while moderate consumption (3-6 cups/day) shows no such association. The findings suggest that strong coffee intake may be a potential risk factor for periodontitis, warranting further prospective studies to explore this relationship.
